I’m Carli, the photographer behind Monroe & Co.

I photograph women because I care about how they see themselves. Most of the women who walk into my studio tell me they’re awkward, not photogenic, or nervous to be in front of the camera. That’s exactly why I do this. Watching that shift happen in real time never gets old.

You don’t need to know how to pose or what to do. I’ll guide you through the entire session and keep things moving so it feels natural, not forced. My goal is for you to feel comfortable enough to relax and trust the process.

Fun fact. I’m very structured behind the scenes and very intuitive in the moment. That balance is what keeps sessions calm, efficient, and genuinely enjoyable.
